A South Carolina native, Leigh came to Charleston in 1987 to attend the College of Charleston. She received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Minor Degree in Communications. In 1991, she started her own company, Perfectly Legal Inc., where she served as President.
Leigh enjoys boating, snow skiing, and spending time with her husband and children.
