A member of the Poston & Co. team for 20 years, John has 30 years experience selling residential real estate. He offers proven knowledge of many types of property: deep water properties; townhomes and condominiums; waterfront and marsh-front homes, new construction, and lots; subdivisions; golf communities; country hideaways; and historic downtown properties. Prior to joining Poston & Co. he worked in marketing and public relations at Sea Pines Plantation in Hilton Head, SC and Kiawah Island, near Charleston. He served in the U.S. Army, 9th Infantry Division, during Viet Nam, where he received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
Born in Gastonia, NC and raised in Clemson, SC, John received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of South Carolina. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, salt water fishing, reading and eating roasted oysters and shrimp.
